Return Conditions

  • Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been assembled or modified after receipt.
  • Scopes and binoculars cannot be returned if they show signs of mounting or use.
  • Products purchased during promotions or with special discounts may be subject to different return conditions.

  • Due to the specific nature of air rifles, they can only be returned if a clear manufacturing defect is present
  • Any issues related to manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact customer service via WhatsApp to submit a return request.
  • We will provide return instructions, including the address for shipping the returned items.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your financial statements.

Exchanges

  • We accept product exchanges based on availability in stock, provided the exchanged product is in its original condition.
  • New shipping terms and costs will apply in the case of an exchange.
